![]() Stayed here 5 days after they opened at the end of June. After 30 minutes of running back and forth to the front. The worst part was our hotel room lock stopped working at 1am and we could not get into the room. Half of the restaurants were not open yet which left very little selection for eating. The restaurants that were open had empty tables (8 that I counted) but we were told it would be 45 minute wait because the kitchen couldn't handle the 5 tables of people that were eating. Even the glasses that were used at the Revel were the same glasses that were being used in the bathroom (they have a distinct shape so it was easy to tell they were the same ones). Once in the room, it appeared that little to no maintenance had been done since the previous hotel closed and Ocean opened. The whole check in process (aside from the misspelling of our name) took over an hour, which was nothing compared to the 2.5+ hour wait for people who were checking in after 5pm. After a lot of time and some searching, it was finally discovered whoever took our reservation replaced the G in my last name with the number 8. It all started when we first arrived and they could not find our reservation. To say we were disappointed in the whole experience is an understatement. ![]()
